Printsil Jundu - Technology for 3D Printing
The Printsil Jundu line marks a technological advancement for the national foundry industry, bringing innovative solutions to additive manufacturing processes with sand.
This technology allows the production of molds and cores with complex geometries, greater precision, and a reduction in intermediate steps, meeting the demands for efficiency and sustainability.
Jundu is a pioneer in Brazil in offering certified 3D printing solutions, reducing dependence on imported supplies and strengthening the technological autonomy of the sector.
Brazilian Innovation in Sand for Binder Jet 3D
Within this line, Printsil Jundu Design has already been launched on the market, being the first national sand approved by the specialist in "3D jet binder" – The ExOne Company – and tested by the Senai Innovation Institute of Joinville/SC. More in-depth studies carried out by the Federal University of Santa Maria confirmed its superior performance in mechanical resistance and finish of parts, making it a benchmark for applications that require precision. Printsil Jundu Flat is currently entering the testing phase, focusing on dimensional stability and versatility, expanding the possibilities for application of the technology.
With these solutions, Jundu not only keeps up with global trends in additive manufacturing, but also leads the transformation of the Brazilian market, offering products that combine innovation, quality and reliability.
